Shipping policy

Processing & shipping times:
We process orders quickly so you can get your Wowbrow products as soon as possible! Orders placed before 12:00 CET on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

Estimated delivery times:
Norway & Scandinavia: 2-5 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or delayed packages:
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it’s out of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider directly. However, we’re happy to assist you in tracking it down.

Unclaimed packages
Orders that are not picked up from the designated pick-up point will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for collecting the package and, if they wish to return it, sending it back to us following the standard return procedure. Failure to pick up an order does not constitute a valid return. Please see our return policy for more information.

For home deliveries, orders that cannot be delivered to the recipient due to incomplete or incorrect address or information provided by the customer will also not be refunded.
